Bulk Gas system
A large amount of high pressure gas and mixed gas are transported by tank truck and stored in your site. The storage system typically consists of a plurality of high pressure resistant steel pressure vessels that are connected together by manifolds. This type of system is modular, we will choose the right system based on your usage. These systems can be used in the supply of argon, carbon monoxide, compressed air, helium, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen. Standard bulk gas storage system. Individual pressure vessels are approximately 7 meters in length and approximately 60 cm in diameter. The BUIK system uses a permanent manifold to connect multiple pressure vessels depending on the size of the site. The gas is delivered to your plant through a pressure reduction station that automatically controls the pressure. A pressure relief device is provided to fill the pressure vessel from the high pressure tank truck. These pressure vessels are filled in a pressure equalization manner.
Pressure vessels comply with ASME UPV Code, Section VIII and Appendix 22. Its maximum allowable working pressure is 2,450 psig. Each pressure vessel is equipped with an angled shut-off valve in combination with a safety rupture disc that will rupture at approximately 3,100 psig. The pressure vessel module is three pressure vessels arranged horizontally in a row, disposed between two work beam frames, which provide all necessary support and stability. The modular assembly meets almost all gas storage needs.
The decompression station is installed in the weatherproof storage room to protect the double-pressure pressure regulating valve, the instrument, the optional low-pressure warning switch, the balance valve and the safety relief valve. Feed additives
Tank truck pressure reducing equipment
The L-shaped tanker decompression and decompression device is made of aluminum beam and supports the flexible pigtail joints, valves and pipelines required to transport the product from the tank truck to the high pressure storage vessel. For safety and convenience, the filling equipment and control room are separated.
